Welcome to Swanky Sweets by Laurie! I'm Laurie, a passionate home baker who believes in enjoying life's 'sweetest' moments with heartfelt celebration and JOY.

 

My journey began back in my grandmother’s kitchen, where I first learned the art of baking at a young age. Over the years, the kitchen became a place where I watched my mother cook for our family of 5, and then when I got older, I shared the kitchen with my own two daughters as well. When my granddaughter is old enough, I hope to bake with her, too, so I can continue sharing 'sweet' moments with my family. To me, the kitchen has been and will always to be a place that offers heartfelt conversations, continued family traditions and - of course - tasty food!

 

At Swanky Sweets, I specialize in crafting custom cakes and desserts that not only taste amazing but also tell a story. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, or a special occasion, I pour my heart into every treat I create. My hope is to provide delicious desserts that delight taste buds and help celebrate life’s 'sweetest' moments.
